We are living in a controversial time when the six-month old Duterte administration is using all its efforts to live up its campaign promise of change. The information and opinions we perceive are mostly from the media, bloggers and social media sites, but how will people receive the message if it is conveyed through art?
Businessman, Hayden U. Sison hopes to enlighten Filipinos on the true change occuring in the country through his artistic interpretations.
His upcoming exhibit titled: “Adventures in Digong Land: More High Fructose Corn Syrup New Artworks by Hayden U. Sison”. Sison’s upcoming exhibition, his 4th collection produced, was inspired by some of the events and personalities from the last presidential elections leading to the first 100 days in office of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte. Sison hopes that his impressions of what is happening in the country through art will give people a more open perspective.
