MANILA, November 6, 2016 (PNA) — The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms to Mindanao today (Sunday), according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
PAGASA said in its 5:00 a.m. weather bulletin that Visayas and the regions of Bicol, MIMAROPA, and CALABARZON will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will also prevail over Metro Manila and the remaining parts of Luzon.
PAGASA noted Luzon and Visayas will have moderate to strong winds from the northeast causing seas to be moderate to rough.
Other areas will experience slight to moderate seas due to light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to northwest. (PNA)
