A weakening INTERTROPICAL CONVERGENCE ZONE (ITCZ) is affecting VISAYAS and MiMaRoPa, where partly to mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms especially in the afternoon or evening.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will be sunny with some cloudy periods and isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening in some areas.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
