Netizen Marco Antonio Montoya Concepcion takes to social media to share the construction progress of the Duterte Administration's Marawi temporary shelters.

One frustrated netizen took matters into his own hands after being disappointed by the lack of coverage given by mainstream media to the efforts of the Duterte administration in constructing temporary shelters as the reconstruction of Marawi continues. Facebook user Marco Antonio Montoya Concepcion shared a series of photos showing the development of housing and livelihood centered meant for communities affected by the conflict.

The photos, Concepcion says, were taken from March to May this year, but they already show a number of nearly completed structures.

Concepcion in his post also points out the materials used for the shelters were concrete and steel, yet cost-wise were less than 1/4 the price of the cocolumber and plywood housing supplied by the Noynoy Aquino’s administration to Yolanda victims.
